This Vendor/Dancer brought two hawks to the PowWow. Both birds were injured and cannot be reintroduced to the wild. This bird appeared to enjoy the activity of the Circle, staying calm as the Dancer progressed around the Circle. This photo was taken just after the opening prayer.
